Activate your peripheral vision.

Most people walk around bouncing between two states – Tunnel Vision and Fuzzy Vision.

Tunnel vision occurs when you are stuck on the dot. Usually most people are stressed out chronically with tunnel vision. That isn’t good for you.

Fuzzy vision occurs when you TRANCE OUT. Looking like a zombie isn’t attractive, and it isn’t healthy.
